You know that would actually be pretty awesome.

It could automatically generate variations of "MY NAME IS INIGO MONTOYA. YOU KILLED MY FATHER. PREPARE TO DIE!".

Such as: "MY NAME IS TONY MONTANA. YOUR MOTHER GAVE MY FATHER HERPES. PREPARE TO HAND ME YOUR UNDERWEAR."

Or a more classy: "Good day old chap, my name is Francis McBumsworth and I'm afraid that your lack of fashion sense has upset the Queen. As such I have no choice but to remove you from space along with your mighty fine spacecraft. Prepare for your finest hour."

Granted, seeing as this is Discovery, I'm certain that the engagement notices would be looking more like:

"Hey you there, want to hold hands and exchange our life-stories before we get to the uncomfortable bits? We might be able to avoid those most likely if we just have a nice conversation. Oh and would you like a muffin?"

Come to think of it, this idea is horrible.

Quoteworthy. *sagely nod*

Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.

Mostly retired Discovery member. May still visit from time to time.

(use the first two weapon groups, 0.25 second delay between each. Used to make 4x 2.0 refire guns into 2x 4.0 refire guns).

What do you think?

I think it's not necessary, because the ingame functions are sufficient to do what you want there. I PMed you with detailed information how to set up three weapon groups to make two of them firing half the guns alternating.

All you have to do is time the delay by pressing a key or button yourself. At the beginning your alternating fire will limp a little, but after a while with practise you will get to a perfect alternating fire.

You can extend this to fire other groups which are currently not active at the same time if you have enough keys set. There is absolutely no need for an automated function.

Like the trading is nto mute action by default already.

In order to pwn you need the best equipment. Yay. Silent trade. 2milrdai pierat and whatnot.
While autotrading might be fun I can only sense the immense raise of sanctions (which is funny for us) and other blabla.

Other ideas might steal from the RPwannabeePVPmasters one of their way to make themselves "more" then other players. Who cares.

A skilled player doesn't need to chainfire. That's only for people with bad aim like me, so they can get at least a few shots into the target.

We already do, haven't you noticed that it "corrects" for you if your cursor is close enough to the target?

I still have trouble chainfiring in a capital ship, especially when the gun placements are all over the place. I always hit a razor or mortar by mistake and lose tons of energy.

But I still wouldn't use this script. I like having the possibility of messing up.
