Independent GRN like me are also** able to permit you an Visa to stay in Gallia, in my case for an symbolic fee of 10-100 SC per ship! Please make shure to document the Visa handed out to you in the name of the Gallic Royal Navy properly and notify any other GRN-ship questioning you about this!

See, GRN| are not give 10m and access, GRN| are: "Tell us why we should let you enter, then pay 10m and we will, if we think you can benefit us" There is a HUGE difference. GRN are shotting Sirians that are not approved to enter certain systems - AKA Gallia. Same way other official factions can give-out passage-tickets to certain people in their Guard systems. Think of Gallia like a complex of several Guard systems in the eyes of the GRN.

Dont worry, i will approve requests with atleast same quality standarts* as you do. Only difference will be, i wont make as much Profit in doing so as you do.:laugh: If you like i will post the Licences in the proper Forum or else i simply use the general communication forum.:)

Funny story Kharon, I am not in GRN| so I couldn't careless about you failing to do your RP properly, hence no GRN characters (Council All The Way). But Alley here... EAT HIM ALLEY EAT HIM.
Anyway, sure you can approve requests, but GRN| can simply ignore them and kill those traders, call you traitor and then execute you.

This is about an difference in opinion regarding Faction rights and Faction practice, which have undoubtly changed conciderable since that Licence idea came up!
Why exactly you make that a personal issue of me now? What exactly did i do that is annoying or is it not exactly the other way around, that lawful house Factions are suddenly annoying masses of Players (lawful traders) they should not annoy at all by lore.

Because incase you haven't noticed yet, you are the only one to complain and keep complaining. Even Pancakes, whom is not in the GRN and is Council, understands why it's done as such. If you're looking to make Gallia an open freeway for russian hegemon powertraders, it won't happen.

I cited the 5:1 of gallian voters against the isolation. I didnt make the lore, i cited it.

You seem to forget that Gallia is no loner democracy for centuries. (if you can call the thing that was before a democracy). What most civilian want/think doesn't matter as long as the monarchs got enough power to maintain control. Sure Gallic civilians sympathies the Council and some even support it but nothing more, they don't join the ranks of the Council for open war against the GRN leaving the GRN much bigger and way more powerful.

Might surprise you but i actualy know who is welcome in Gallia and who is not. Now IMG is a little difficult cause they say they are neutral but i wouldnt let em in anyway cause they have almost good relations with Coucil. Lawful Kusari and Rheinlander i would encurrage to have a look at fine Gallian tobaco, wine and some other sweets.
So sorry, i know exactly what im doing and i do it right and btw. on top i have an Council char already anyway.
