Why should a pirate use a cap anyway? It's rather illogical and ooRP than something we could call RP.

but what i rely whant are the remains but still is a poor rp but im still inside the rules

Well, I don't see a single reason why would captain/commander of the battleship try to rob someone for more cash, when he already has everything. Commanders of battleships can't be poor.
