The door opened, and eyes turned as the aroma of pizza wafted through. The Minister for Science, Technology, and Pizza calmly walked in carrying a steaming box. A pretty big box.
Calmly dragging a table to the center of the bar, she set the box down and opened it. Withdrawing three slices, she sat down at the bar.
"Old Crayter Ale mixed with a 44th Apocalypse." She said calmly. The bartender raised two eyebrows, but got the drink ready.
Xi took a bite of her pizza. "Help yourselves. It's an extra large Xi's Special."
She smiled sweetly at the room, then downed her drink in one gulp.
"Another." She asked.
Noticing the (rather young) woman coming and setting up a "pizza shop", as he saw it, Marcus just couldn't hold of his chuckle for long... but after calming himself down he stood up, took his drink and walked towards the large Pizza box.
Interesting one you have here... He said softly while taking one slice out of the box with his left hand. Hmm, let's see. He mumbled and then took a bite.
After a few seconds... his eyes started tearing and his face sweating... It was a nice taste, but like hell hot and spicy. Xi's special? What by the ancestors did you put in it?!. He said out-loud, both amused and annoyed.
Xi looked over to the tear stricken Marcus.
"Italian Sausage, pepperoni, and my two secret ingredients. Neither of which you get to know."
With a smile, she knocked back her drink, asking for yet another.
Having finished her drink Michelle walked over to the bar to Order a new drink, looking over her should to the small Pizza Party happening ,she pushed some of her red hair behind her ear and smiled as she turned to the bartender again.
Right... He chuckled as he received Xi's answer. Well i guess then we'll have to guess, though i bet it's not natural... science and all that.
Grinning and finishing up his drink in one last gulp, he walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for another "Apocalypse", then took a peak towards Michelle.
With a slight smile and without looking directly at her, he said. You should try that pizza over there. Will surely heat up your mouth more than the Martini...

A good chunk of time had passed since the Ambrosia's Opening. It's had its ups and down's. Nighthawk hadn't had a lot of time to come by the bar lately. He thought about the events of the time past he had to do lately. He had been very busy and was happy to have an evening off and finally go relax to a nice drink. As he turned the corridor into the bar he could already hear the music and the talking going on on the inside of the doors. He pushed them open and smiled, taking a deep breath of the air, taking in the atmosphere before he greeted the bartender and walked to the bar.
"Give me some Colonial Mead, Will ya?"
He flashed a smirk as he adjusted his sunglasses, a sweeping look of the bar and its inhabitants before the bartender set his drink down on the bar. Setting down a credit chit on the surface next to the drink, picking it up and taking a big swig of it, a grin came across his lips before moving to an empty table near the side of the bar, taking a seat and then pulling out his data-pad, looking through some data on .
It was the first time Ilan visited the "Ambrosia" (or any other Colonial watering hole in general). He always thought that these are not places for "ones like him". Even if it's his home now, he felt as out of place. He used to visit Barrier Gates' bars. "Teddy's Sidewinder" mostly. However, today Ilan took some whiskey after his patrol routine and decided that he's too tipsy to take his trip from Sabah to Barrier. He heard people all around talking about "Ambrosia", saying, that it's the damn best place in Sabah to take a chill.
So, now Ilan stands next to the entrance. He inspected the interior of the bar. Looked like something he imagined. For some moment he glimpsed to the guy at an empty table near the side of the bar. Ilan walked to the bar. He asked for "Sidewinder Fang", but barman gave him a negative answer. Looks like this is not that type of holes Ilan used to visit back to his pirating days. He quickly checked menu and chosen the drink randomly. It was full of the names he never heard or tasted. Probably the same stuff as anywhere else, just with more fancier names, told Ilan to himself. Barman gave him a glass of Old Crayter Ale. Ilan took a sniff of it first, the smell looked very familiar, after that, a sip followed. A good old ale he used to drink back in Crayter. With some extra spices, perhaps, but Ilan couldn't fully recreate it's real taste in his memories, so it was enough to back some nostalgia. He paid and even gave some tips to the barman and started looking for a seat.
Lou walked out from the kitchen, and couldn't suppress the smile that came across his face. Knowing that it was always a risk to set up a new venture, especially one as such on a almost purely Colonial inhabited shipyard, the fact almost every night there was a decent sized crowd for just over 2 months now was something of a miracle. Lou knew that the Colonial boys would relish a place from some R&R, but never expected it to be this popular.
As Lou made the rounds, he noticed a familiar face sitting alone reviewing his datapad. "Welcome again lad! Good to see you again." Lou said with a smirk. "You boys are a welcome sight and to be frank, some great patrons. Ya know, hell with it. Second round is one me." He motioned to the bartender to clear the tab of the next drink.
Continuing on, he saw a newcomer at the bar, looking around to what Lou assumed was for a empty table. "Welcome to Ambrosia! I assume you're pretty new here. I make it a point to welcome new faces, and haven't seen you here before. " he said with a pat on the back. "Oh, where are my manners. My name is Lou Marcus. I'm the owner of Ambrosia. You need anything, just holler and either myself or one of my boys will help ya out. So, what brings you here this fine evenin'?"
Daniel Wilgrin walked in the Ambrosia filled with enthusiasm... It was only his third or fourth time visiting the place, so it was still a fresh feeling for him, though he quickly stepped in and waved to a few of the Officers around.
As he moved his sight around, he noticed Lou and began walking towards him with a smile. "Hey, Maestro, how are things tonight?"
The whole place was full of people and the air was full of fun; while coming next to Lou and the other new-face, Daniel shook hands with both then continued. "Right, before you answer that... what are you lads drinking?"
