Preferred Transport

If you're in it for making money, the Advanced Train or the Whale are your only real options. The Whale has virtually nothing in the way of armament, but it is lighter with a comparable cargo capacity. Me? Besides the Cash Cow (where the Large and hence Advanced Train is a tradition) I fly the Borderworlds Transport. Mohr did a truly beautiful job with her, and if I felt That Way about anything besides my Light Battleships the Corinthian Gold is the loveliest craft I've ever flown.

handles in a very strange way... but nice once you get used to it.... the Tau31 icefield is a nightmare though... denser ones would be even worse....

The Whale!!! I like having a trading ship that needs protection. Should be with every vessel bigger than the firefly.

Otherwise, it's the only real cargo ship that really looks like having alot of cargo. Most ships just have some small pods, but the Whale, a big belly and lots of containers visible from the front.

And lets not forget the feeling of star wars it has. The model shouldn't be removed other than for performance/technical reasons.

I just like how it looks with the nice red and white cargo pods I have, plus when someone sees me, my names is nice, long and maybe intimidating, especially when in such a large ship.
Plus, most cargo space.

I like small transports...

I like GMG miner for its decent cargo hold and very good defense capabilities...

Also one of my favorites is little Bumblebee...fast, agile ship...flies like a dream...and if you use if properly it can outmaneuver bombers enough to keep you safe from novas. Has only one flaw...it has only 3 forward firing turrets..5 fire to back...so actually if you try to fend of the pirate you must run from him and fire backwards..:crazy:...

But i always say...mid transports are the best way to trade...

(before new mid transports were put in the game my favorite was transport ship)
