I like the idea of deadlier Omicrons.

Unfortunately, I doubt we would see anything like this for some time, as it would draw activity away from Gallia. From what I understand, that is the opposite of what they are trying to achieve, at least for the next version.

I'd personally like to see the focus brought back to alien vs. human, but that may just be me. :|

My preferred solution for this:
- Killing group jumps to force transports down the lanes.
- Eliminating jumphole shortcuts to make the lanes the fastest routes. (Has been done for the next mod)

Chokepoints at Shikoku/Colorado, Sig13, O3/O7, Manchester/California (NY gate lane, onoez!), Hokkaido/Rishiri/Lyonnais. There would be ways around if pirates -really- lock things down, but that'd take a lot of extra time.

Sounds great, more potential RP this way than cruising from one jump hole to another

Eeeek, no thank you. I like the possibility of pushing a fleet through vast amounts of space and into a battle zone in one dramatic switch-flick.
