Mr. McIntrye,
Again, welcome to the company; we are very glad to have you. Glad you had a good first day.
To clarify, the funds we gave you for startup were NOT a loan, but an investment. You owe us nothing back. All we ask is that you consider contributing voluntarily from time to time toward the setup of new traders. When you're ready to do so, this can take the form of either setting up a new trader yourself (or helping to subsidize in the process), or depositing a contribution to HGLMobile. This is not mandatory; it is simply a way for new employees to know their coworkers have contributed to their success.
Mr. Cage,
This was not a pirating incident if no demands for cash or cargo were made; this was terrorism. Next time you are attacked by OPG with no such demands made, please take images of the attacking vessels as well as any communication with them or from them, and we will notify the proper authorities.
That said, job well done on holding your own and defending the Wolverhampton! You have again proved your value to the company. Thanks also for Mr. Johanson for coming to your assistance.
Well done, all. I am fortunate to have such people around me.

Today there was an incident involving an indie Gaian, right outside Kensington!
As Mr.Roseman, Mr.McIntyre and myself were about to depart on a trading run, we were chased by a pirate by the name of Sinn_Fein.
He demanded "a little tax" but was unable to enforce that request before we went through a lane.
Due to panic and temporary lack of directional sense, our convoy was split up.
Myself and one of the other transport vessels headed back to our friend who was being followed by the lone pirate.
Luckily, both transports were able to dock at a nearby station before the pirate reached them.
He continued to ask for tax as he approached the station, but when he saw that i was not docked, he instantly greeted me with a torpedo!
I engaged.
Soon after the fight began, either Mr.Roseman or Mr.McIntyre(i don't remember which) undocked to try and negotiate in order to prevent any death. Unfortunately Sinn_Fein continued the attack and fired upon the transport vessel which was about to ask for peace.
We had no choice but to destroy the pirate's ship.
I felt it was necessary to report this, as it was right outside HQ.
Hopefully this will not happen again.

Gentlemen,
An unfortunate incident that at least turned out in our favor. Indeed, Mr. Cage, this type of incident is particularly important to report, but that applies to any location, not just Kensington. I hope our station defenses responded appropriately; I'll look into that.
Incidentally, did the pirate ever demand a specific amount?
Well done to all of you! You handled the situation quite well, and I especially appreciate the deliberation you all demonstrated in your engagement of the pirate. We are not a trigger-happy bunch, but we will defend ourselves if necessary, and rarely in vain.
Be sure to get some refreshment; tell the bartender to put everything on my tab.

Just as a little more information, "Sinn_Fein" didnae make a demand for a specific amount. Just a "little contribution" or something of the like.
Oh, and I beleive that this isn't the first time we've seen this bloke. Not sure if you remember Mr. Cage, but a few days ago we aided the QCO ship "Exeter" in hunting this fellow. Might his attack have something to do with that?
Good to be in a convoy as well, thanks for the experience. Hope it's one to be repeated.

Ships Trafalgar, Exeter, Waterford, Perth and Mr. Cage as our steely eyed security escort flawlessly delivered the following shipments without mishap:
South Shields Refinery -> Dortmund Station: Niobium
Helgoland Station (Sigma 13) -> LD-14: Plutonium
For ship captains looking for a trade operation thats a bit different, this is a nice combination. The gas formations in Sigma 13 can be a bit touchy on navigation and may hide the occasional pirate scoundrel, so taking our Mr. Cage might be a good idea.
And lastly, a quick tour of the Dom Kavash artifact with its shimmering blue energy beams and alien architecture while en-route to South Shields is a pleasant respite from deep space travel fatigue.
It was a safe and pleasurable voyage out and back and I look forward to the company of captains Roseman, McIntyre, and Cage in the future.

Greetin's gents,
Just a quick nod to say that the GlenCoe, captained by Mr. McDonald, has been properly outfitted and has just returned from "the Pullman runs" as it was. Nice chap, a good addition to the HGL family.
Just taking an hour or so to relax. Probably going to head back out to catch the convoy later.
