This is Corren Fallis, Captain of Prison Liner Georgia. I am requesting premission to confiscate all Liberty enemy pilots. These pilots are enemies of the state and must be brought to a police base for questioning and trial. However it is unlikely that any civilian, or like wise, will bring these enemies to justice. I request premission to anchor off of manhattan and first request, and then demand for these pilots to be handed over to Georgia.
