so wait, for example, if you see a high bounty playercoming almost dead out of a minefeild and you blow him up, do you HAVE to be in the BHG to get the big bucks or not
if you kill him, how do you prove it AND if you kill a high bounty player without knowing the bounty on his head and cant get a screenie?
but $250 mil for one kill?! so if he gets horded over and over again, youll eventually drive the BHG broke?
In theory this sounds great. The reality is that the Employment Office and bounty system is a mess. People post bounties, there is a flurry of activity for a day or two, if you're lucky you spot someone a few days later and nail him, and then comes the pain of actually gettings paid, uploading images of the kill. Plus too many contracts are posted and then effectively abandoned. Big bounties are best done as RP events. There was one I really enjoyed, like the escaped subject ...whatever her number was.... a proper hunt. But there has to be a time limit for bounties. Otherwise, just too many names and details to remember.
The BHG will never be broke. We can mortgage all the capital ships if we have to.
I think this is an awesome idea. However the highest bounty should be 100mill (looks in the direction of Mon'star) otherwise this just gets epicly expensive. There will of course be more difficulty in coming up with the deck of 52 than you would imagine... Just you try thinking of 52 notorious criminals on this server.
Since this isn't a role play thread... are you seriously putting 250 million credits on ME? My ship has only been lost once (while armed... -.-)... But seeing its only an example, I'd say that's probably a fair price.

The Phantoms and the Outcasts may be having a falling-out fairly soon:Peven though that Osiris ain't what it used to be with the recent nerfage'.
Otherwise, nice idea, though how you're going to pay for it I have no idea. Can we make one of these for the lawful types, too? That would make my day much more interesting (and make trading less boring, as I'd need to do less of it).
