Tetsuo: "Ok, by crash do you have any black screens or errors?"

Katsuro: "No, I just can't click on the LAB app as there is a popup in the way. Everything else is fine"

Tetsuo: "There should be a big red X on the popup you can click that says close. Can you click that for me please"

Tetsuo: "Can do! If you navigate to your search bar in the bottom right corner and type in 'IP Detection App' - once it's loaded if you could give me the IP Address and I can hop straight on"

Katsuro: "It's not working, it's taking me to a web page"

Tetsuo: "Oh, I was doing it in the web browser. Now it's working"

Katsuro: "No"
