Admin Notice: Lost Characters or Accounts?

[Riptos]

Character Names: Riptos , Taiga , Aegis-1 , RNC|Verlangen, Baelynx and one or two more that I can't remember as I didn't play them much.

Reason for Restoration: Lost my appdata when I changed primary HD and updated from Win10 to Win11. Discovery itself was on a different drive but lost all the account details as they were on my primary one that got formatted.

New Character Name: Aegis-2

Thanks in advance if this can be rectified, been playing for years and would really suck to lose all that I built up over that time!

Reason for Restoration: These are two ships of the Liberty Fleet, Colorado is a battleship, Des Moines is a Battlecruiser. I lost access to them due to reinstalling Windows. They are also included by me in the register of ships of The First Armada (Screenshot below)

Note: I joined the game to play as Nomad. So I was admitted to join Khara (I think that was the name..) - I will be extremely thankful if I could get my ship back as I played a lot and remember sending them logs to be admitted to their guild.
