As much as I understand the necessity of discretion, this does seem to come out of nowhere. The KLA will send a delegation regardless, but we would appreciate understanding what we are preparing for so we may be better equipped to discuss whatever matters are at hand. Additionally, if you could provide any information on the accommodations and amenities present planetside for the summit, it would inform the logistical preparations we would need to undertake for our delegates. Lastly, if there is any kind of itinerary or schedule we should be aware of for the summit, it would also behoove us to be aware of such things.

We hope the summit is a productive and necessary endeavor.
