while i've encountered a number of crashes while entering the ship dealer (only those with custom ships) in several planets/bases, these seem to be bypass-able by either entering the ship dealer from the equip or trader (when crashing from launchpad), or the reverse.

however, there are two serious bugs that i have encountered in Discovery SingleOP that i haven't been able to bypass.

one is at Rostock Base (Omega-15). while purchasing the BH BS and launching is fine, i find that the BH Desty gets stuck INSIDE the base every damn time i launch. it doesn't fit through the circular docking port, yet it's not big enough to appear mostly outside the base like the BS does. >_<

the other is just trying to land at Kyoto base. FL has crashed 2 of 2 times i've tried to land there. wtf??

Trooper that sounds like a corruption, honestly wouldn't know as the *only* time I have ever crashed was when repeatedly F1'ing (about 20-30 times) to get a bribe

....wait a sec, i've been playing with the speed mod, just to make my explorations go faster. could that be the cause of my problems?

Well, a definate place to look for the culprit would be the using of another mod except Discovery, specially the speed mod and yeah, I know for sure speed mod will make you not see some jump holes which are not opened in Vanilla, so... no sense in using it for exploration....

That and using speed mod on the official Discovery 24/7 Server will earn you a permanent ban...

The Kyoto crashing problem I had before. I redownloaded and installed the mod, now it works.

Hello people

I have a server up running the Discovery 4.80 mod, its awesome i must say :D :yahoo:

But, im having problems with my server accusing people of cheating and kicking them off.

This has happened when --

- trying to do a mission at Battleship Missouri x 3
- trying to buy Hydrogen something or rather at Battleship Missouri
- random kicks when trying to undock from a base

Everytime this happens the console says its to do with their ship :S

There are many people this hasnt affected though, including myself. Im not sure whats going on though it started only with this mod.

Any help would be very appreciated :)

For the next mod installment can we have better armrament on trains? And other cargo vessels that have 4000 cargo so there's someting other than an ugly hard to fly bus full of cargo that can barely defend itself fromm anything except liberty rouges?

And can the Ar-Wing from Starfox be added even if it's given another name or something and be another lost zoner ship like the viper and Battlestar.

And can there be some more bombers available other than the two on yaren base. Like a liberty bomber etc...

Also can battleship turrets be made better like all bs turrets double damage and reduce energy cost. Also can their be some new weapons other than razors, infernos, flak, basic guns, and missiles.... Like maybe a Battleship tachyon cannon or something?

And could my bs not bounce off a rock whenever I fly to to planet toldeo. Like my gigantic battleship bounces of a microscopic dust particle. I think the rocks should sail through the air when my bs bumps them.

And maybe a thruster for BS, that helps move it? Or a special one that fires in cruise so that BS don't have to use the tradelanes they can't fit into. I know my RH bs would benefit from such a thing. Just a thought.

I have one suggestion: INCREASED MISSION PAYOUTS.

Only the high-level ones. Perhaps allow missions to give 1-2 million credits. This would give less need for trading. I know I would mostly give up on trading if this was implemented. Doing 100 missions for a BS? Sure. 25 for a gunboat? Sure!

However, this would mean that some houses would need to be allowed higher mission levels. For example, Rheinland should have missions (HARD MISSIONS, either swarms of enemies, or battleships/cruisers) worth 1 million credits. I would almost never trade again!
