The new ships of beta 3 are shown on Ioncross as "UNKNOWN SHIP (<ship number>)"

Destroyer = Cruiser, i know it can get confusing sometimes.

Yeah, when Just Josh set up his server there was another guy who set one up aswell, gave me a ton of cash and I tried out the liberty cruiser (awesome ship btw, VERY under-used for it's power) and I couldn't un-equip the CFG to move it to the battleship I was buying lol.

That's not a bug with the mod, that is easily fixable by going into the Ioncross files (stores the hascodes for everything) and putting the names on all the hashcodes that are labeled as Unknown.

lol one of my old chars before the great plauge that killed all had a liberty ruiser and i loved it. blew up stuff so fast and it looks awesome too

Here's a new few things I just realised:
  • The cruisers can't equip Mortars (nor Light Mortars) as I remember, the Light Mortar/Mortar was a Cruiser weapon... actually, Light Mortar - Gunboats, Mortar - Cruisers, Heavy Mortar - Battleships
  • also, can't equip Solaris Chaingun Turrets (that was available for all ships that could fire them)
  • I miss the Nomad Turrets, can't mount those either :)
One suggestion: as the Mortar isn't a missile anymore, can we have it's name changed to something more of a 'Nova Antimatter Cannon' like it is for the fighters?

Totally different subject now......can the BH have a LF mk 2 pirhana or somthing. The sso| need it for RP purposes if anyone wants a LF and i think it would be a bit silly for BH's going around in scimitars. Marauder mentioned this on another thread so i thought i would go and post it here :D

A bounty hunter MkII LF would be great I always liked what it looks like and I will allow me to fly an LF for the Bonty hunters cuz I LOVE LF's.

Edit*: Also, i did some testing on the scimitar with another char. it is not that good of a ship, it does not have enough agility for my liking. it has a six second turning radius, my liberty MkII house fighter has a turing radius of four seconds with almost the same wepons loadout.

Yeah I would love to see a MKII Pirahna LF Varient.

Also on another note for bounty hunters. As it stands now we have two capital ships, our cruiser, which is a Corellian Corvette, and our Battleship, which is a Mon Calamari Cruiser, so sticking with that theme, and being relatively imaginable in the freelancer universe. Can we get the YT-2400 from Star Wars aswell for our gunboat since we currently don't have one?

It's a "freighter" in this mod on Lancers Reactor so I don't think it would take alot of effort to turn into a gunboat.

As for permission to use it; on the LR page it has this:

I think it would be kinda nice as the bounty hunters don't have their own gunboat. :D

Goog idea, I think it should have 2 main guns (the top 1 and the bottom 1 on the main hull) and 4 turret slots.

Just my 2 cents (whatever that means :crazy: )

The thing only has 6 hardpoints on the ship, I woud prefer it stayed with just regular gunboat turrets and none of the "Forward Weapon" crap, as the forward guns are usually pretty useless, but that's just a personal opinion.
