Like I said, I am going to love this new or not so new RP with the LN. It is going to be FUN for me, not some way to stroke my ego. See you in game.

Matt

Ah, so, you're going to "fun" at other people's expense? Going to capwhore a single lone Xeno Eagle, on your Battlecruiser, because it's "fun"?

You seem to forget that you're not the only person on this server, Matt. Other people are trying to have fun too. But, you're one of the stubborn ones. Go ahead with your shameless capwhoring ways. Have your so-called "fun".

Good day to you.

So, after the ship we destroyed stayed right next to us, the ships who killed him, I believe we were quite reasonable. As for bringing a lot of ships. There was the Providece, a BS, 2 BC's and you in the system that were hostile to LN. So yeah, was pretty much normal.

Not from what I heard on teamspeak, the threats took place in PM's. Also, no rules were broken, we were in another system than where the deaths took place ( I could report bean for engaging without warning while I was typing RP, but I wont since that aint my style) and YOU came there to us, we didn't fire, we didn't engage, You did.

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

The issue is Matt, at the moment I am working very hard to make liberty fun for all those who roleplay there. The number of times I have watched some poor sod, alone in a greyhound get tanked by a battlecruiser is unreal, and it's utterly sickening.

Your RP for this may be very good indeed, however it was the defensiveness when this was proposed and the manner with which you conduct yourself to the LN in game that has really saddened me. I want to make liberty better, for everyone who plays there, and that includes you. If you wish to make a loyal lib navy cap then we will review it much like everyone elses.

The trial period will be used for those who wish to become approved to see if you are the type who will rush in to a fight to get the kill message, or if you leave room for other's gameplay.

Tohse people on the list are those who have shown through their behaviour that they are responsible enough to use a cap in liberty. Those who are not are people where we are unsure, or have shown themselves not to be.

Everyone gets a chance with this. Reme, ber with a cap-ship you have the power to remove someone's fun very quickly, and I'd hate to see that.

Cowboy, please clam down. There is little point in leveling this at us without the evidence to back it up. Also we got the ships out because all the vessels had stated their intent to dis-obey that and were thus to be regarded as dangerous. Precautions man.

Cowboy, we don't need a trial by forums here. You're completely off topic.

Take your tattletaling elsewhere, please.

I know Cowboy, I was the one sending the PM's to *******(Sorry for mentioning his name, don't want a trial by forum for him either), and I've got screenshots of it, to move away from the fight as if he fought us, he'd be reengaging, he stated that he's staying there and would fight us only if we fired on him, he didn't think about the fact he shouldn't be in the system with us. Bean also had orders to attack you, and that was acted out from a fight we had before at Manhattan. We also didn't engage you, but we're free to, as you have died and stayed in a system where we patrol, and its suggested in the rules that you log off once you die. Because if you come into contact with the one that killed you, you're in violation of the rules.

You weren't there Orin, so you wouldn't happen to know that it -IS- related.

Yeah, encouraged to log off yes, but not required to do so, we were also still setting up the RP, so we had a reason not to leave yet. Not to mention the only other character I've set up since all my original ones got wiped is a trader, and I really don't feel like trading right now.

Get e grip, bud. You're grudging in a thread about something only distantly related. Take it outside and let the process resume.

If you hang around the systems where the guys who killed you are patrolling, you're supposed to leave really, anyhow, this discussion as has been said, is not about this, so let's leave it at that, if you want proof of what's said I can PM it to you later.
