n00bl3t's ship, the LNS-Nebraska, is now on the approved list. It was something of an oversight for me not to have put it there, as I have seen no stupid moments from it at all.
I know that he has been against the cap restirction on this, however I know that he doesn't behave like an idiot with the thing, blowing up LF's 'becuz he's red lulz'.
He may not agree with this measure we have taken, however he doesn't display the behaviour that we are trying to discourage, and thus is approved.

Infact we are -not- talking about RP here, the reason behind it is overkill. If people don't have any RP then they will be sanctioned. Simple.
What isn't sanctionable is ruining the gameplay for other people by 'pew pewing' light fighters with big ships which the LF couldn't possibly hope to beat.
That is the sole reason I have behind doing this. The side effect is that today we have seen much better RP in liberty. I watched it for a large part of the day, both on my LN char, and my xeno, plus a little time on an unlawful char no-one knows is me.
Fairplay is the reason behind it, and a hope that we can change the culture of liberty especialy from "get a kill at all costs even if it's massively unfair on the person getting shot" to "have your fun, but don't step on anyone elses gameplay".

I also don t like being bossed around, which is why I never ever had a player official faction character. Its just stupid in a game like this.. But it really does seem like your trying to kill idies. There are a lot of cruisers with not even LNS, they're noobs that their friends gave them 150 mil for a cruiser.

Nice. I was concerned. It is out of my hands and I tire of this. Joe knows my points and I know his. (We talked on Skype about it, however, you did not know that and would simply assume that I have a selfish persona.)

Well, maybe Joe would be willing to show that you don't need capships, by encouraging the LN to severely limit their own use of the same?
I reckon he already has done this, and would be willing to help you out with enjoying this, with events and all sorts.

And I'm not trying to go as far as I can without the admins stepping in, I just hate to see people putting the blame on the people who take the responsibility to enact such things, as well as accusing them of "killing indies" and being inconsiderate, when they're doing their damnedest to make this server a fun place for everyone.
But I take it you understand Joe's stance now, and you're done here, as am I.

I was referring to the enactment of the registry.
(However, I have no intention to blame Joe. At the very least, not solely. I cannot see where I said anything about "killing indies". I only questioned how considerate those actions were. I would also not bring up "everyone", considering there are a lot more independent capital ships then [LN] tagged ones.)
