Join the Rheinland Military.
Spend at least a couple of months learning everything they can teach you.
If there is still an unfilled role that you believe needs to be filled, then I'm sure [RM] will be happy to help you fill it.
Starting an even smaller group because the existing larger group is not large enough makes the "problem" you are concerned about worse, not better.
You haven't outlined a single thing that RM is missing that your faction will provide, and that is a critical part of introducing a second player faction for an NPC faction. Without that this will not get officially approved.

All I have to say is this.

When I was playing on my RM beside you guys, I had no real feelings towards you. You'd help in fights, you stayed out of trouble and that is all I really cared about.

But when I'm on my Wilde I see you guys from a whole different angle, you often attack me without a word spoken, and once when I ran from two of your bombers an a couple of BH gunboats (I was in a Wraith) one of you started going "He ran, he now has to leave the system, we won"

That line, or three, caused me to loose any respect I may of had for you guys.

Backstabbing would be if the character named Johann Brunhild suddenly shot you down while on patrol or something.

The Wilde he mentions is a different character. Players are part of many different factions, its simply a fact on the Discovery server. Just because he isnt flying his Rheinland Military character doesn't mean that he's betraying Rheinland.

And you also failed to address the points raised in Johann's post.

You may call it Multiclanning. Its not. And its not a problem. Here, lots of people play on different factions. You think because he showed up in an unlawful character to fight against you, he "backstabbed", you?

Wrong. Its the way we do things on Disco. I myself have fought alongside you, and against you. Its part of the game and how we play it. Its done to keep a fight even, and add variety and excitement ot the game RP and PVP.

If you don't get that, and think WE are all wrong, get over it. Your opinion on the matter is irrelevant.

And I have not seen any evidence you have spoken to Virus. That is a HUGE problem.
