well, i joined the forum about 18 hours ago, but im playing on the server already a bout 2 weeks.
we are new in this comunity, but we all try to know more about it and about the kind how you act.
u asked, what we dont have what other do, well, the first thing is I try to explain as much as possible to other players, how to do it right, yes, im still learning to, but all answers i got from U was: Go on the forum and read!. Its the simplest answer what u can give, but some of u cant understand that some players like me are russians, and cant understand enough what u want from them. that is what im trying to explain to them.
the other thing is, we are a small group of fighters, who play since years together, so we are coordinated and adept.
I dont expect that you accept us, sure for you we are new here and dont know everything about you.
all we need is some time. All we are trying to do is having fun on the game and learning about RP.
You know, being new isnt anything bad, but having first post on forums after a week or two on server in factions... You know, that what youve posted isnt faction info, it isnt faction proposal... in fact its nothing and full of mistakes...
Learn about server, Freelancer and community, before making factions ( I will not mention how BAD experiences we have with "clans" moving in from other servers/games )... Sorry.
Since Im all-in-Fallout now, I will end it like that... You know what president Eden would say to you on this?
"My dear, now, you have to go, building a faction, well, that takes time, even for the Enclave":D
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.

well, its not proposal, all i wantedto do is let people know who we are and on what side we play.
mistakes dont care me, most importent thing u could understand it.
my language shouldnt be a problem, try to write something on russian, then u know how it feels like

Is this a Russian-speaking server? Is the forum address discoverygc.ru? Why, no, strangely enough, I don't believe it is...
This is an English-speaking gaming community, and minimal English skills are an absolute must for playing here. Russian is entirely redundant and beside the point. Even if your "faction proposal" made any sense from a content viewpoint (as everyone before me's pointed out, you gave us literally no material to work with), you'd need to make it at least vaguely comprehensible and less mind-twistingly agonizing to read.
My tip? Try and integrate into Discovery properly before posting a pseudo-in-roleplay "i can haz fakshun?" proposal like this one. Plenty of great existing factions around that'll teach you how to play on Discovery, what factions actually mean, and, hey, might even do something for your English.
Also, maybe switch factions.... OCs have 3 factions now? They have a new one in the works that is bringing something new that the others do not bring already, what will you bring though?
Firstly, let me say well done.
You, unlike many many others, have taken the time to come onto the forums and at least explain who you guys are.
Your background story is very vague for the server but it does make sense.
Get someone who can type better English if you want to write a larger bit of information, just to help you out.
A few questions though.
What government?
What are your aims?
To everyone else, look at the forum name. It is not a faction submission. They can give as much or as little information as they like about themselves. Considering the number of non-forum factions on the server, this is a nice change. So instead of attacking them, help them.
I'm going to suggest that you take a gander at the thread stickied in this neck of the woods and re-consider your post for a moment.
While first impressions are rather important for a faction post, it's not to say that the discovery community doesn't have a short term memory and could very well look past this first attempt in, say, three months or so after you've had some seasoning.
