But seriously,

Is the HAF an official faction? or is it a group of people claiming guild and flying round with their own tags?

Have the HAF really read the faction that they wrote?

Did they research the position they claim, or check on the other guild's positions on this "history"?

Is there a need for a civil war with a defensive guild that does NOT pirate? (even though corsairs=pirates)

I have witnessed your birth on this server, I have helped out when I could, even did many a missions with you all to get your IDs. Hell, I find you all nice people, you seem respectful and appropriate at times. BUT:

There are GREAT faction's guilds to join, if gentle didn't pick me up a while ago, I probably would of flipped a coin between OPG, TBH, or benitez clans to join. Really though, how many fracking guilds do we need?, seems like everyone is gunning to make a new one instead of joining the originals! Please. PLEASE, I urge you all HAF, drop the tags, apply to Benitez, OPG or TBH, and maybe in time you will enjoy these grat guilds like you enjoyed your own so long ago.

Thank you for your perseverance, thank you for trying thus far, thank you all for being human beings and not those blue fishy creatures. and I must say, drop the tag, I don't like shootin down corsairs!

Did you read what I wrote? If you are a Corsair, you have a connection to the topic, I guess even if you are an enemy you have a connection, but there are people here, who have NO connection with this situation. They should probably refrain from commenting as this has very little effect on them.

Things like this have happened before, they will happen again and I will say that the locals never adapt to newcomers, the newcomers must adapt to the veterans. If you don't you will become outcasts. (Not the faction, literal outcasts)

Aye it is very late in the night... and i just got up, soo I'd better start my day with something nice.

I like HAF, I think you have potential. I love the idea of a gaming clan, with many members to decide and play a gamem fit in to a community and everything.

But you show signs of any typical Newcomer to the Discovery RP. You missunderstand roleplay, you like the fact that it has up to 200 people online and generaly Freelancer is a great game, mod is becoming well balanced and moments to show your skill are plentiful.

As I said, I like HAF, but here is a list of things i would do first if i were you and I suggest you do them:

1. Slightly rename HAF in to perhaps Corsair Armed Forces. Hispania right now lies within the ralms of Outcast Territory so they more or less own Hispanic AF, soo CAF for short should be your new name.

2. Place all current HAF characters on hold, for say 2 weeks or even 1 month.

3. Create independant characters that have varius roleplay, such as Bretonian Police, Interspace traders, Junkers or whatever suits your fancy.

4. All HAF members should join at least one other faction for a while. Again 2 weeks, 1 month maybe longer if they like it. And learn how to roleplay within that faction.

5. Learn English, I believe language if given enough effort can be learnt within 1 month sufficently to start basic roleplay.

I like that you have a community already built, you just have to go throu the beginning phase that everyone has to go throu here on Discovery as like it or not, this is a Roleplaying server.
