Class 10 doesn't always mean better than class 9. Infact chainguns really ain't worth the effort. I think purple goddesses are about as useless as a gun gets really. Doing not much more than creating a pretty light-show.
I suggest that you first tell us what this ship is going to be used for, who you intend on flying for etc, before we give you a suggested loadout.
My two favourite guns in the game are Black Widows (xeno particle gun, very high damage, but extremely high energy consumtion too) and kraken 2's which are widely considered the best gun in the game. Both are class 9 guns. You'll most likely find yourself being far more effective in whatever combat you do if you stick with class 9's.
I plan to use this ship for exploration and the like. Maybe to engage in military action and things like that. So it'd need to be able to hold its own. Cuz I hear the border worlds are a tough place to be.
And I'm still not sure if I should get the Mini-Razor, everyone seems to love it, but with no cruise disruptor I feel like I might be missing out.
The other thing I forgot I needed was Armor!! Where can I get the highest lvl armor? The wiki says "Gaurd Systems"... does that mean House Systems?
I think the best thing for you for exploration would be a Zoner tag and ID. The RT would fit in perfectly well in this case.
Now, for armour. Try freeport 11 in delta. That will sell the armour you're looking for which is mk8 armour upgrade, it costs 15 million credits.
Perhaps if you want to engage in military operations however you should get a merc ID. This would allow you to explore, then hire your services out to the highest bidder, be it the outcasts, corsairs, bounty hunters... whoever.
If you then use zoner guns and a zoner tag you would be considered neutral by all of them. I suggest you work on the background of the character, like where he was born, how he got into the mercenray trade etc. This is what gives your character real depth when you work this stuff out and really helps you become immersed in the game.
The Zoner Furys (the lvl9 variant) are really rather good. I suggest you try those out.
If you want Sunfrenzies, Try planet Kurile in sigma-17. They can be bought even if you have neutral rep, which is good. Also, if your weapons have different projectile speeds from one another, it affects your aiming, so don't go mixing 600m/s weapons with 700m/s weapons..

Unless you feel like learning how to deal with it. I use a pair of codes and a pair of debs on my merc character Rawshank. Codename guns have a projectile speed of 600, and debs have a projectile speed of 750. Thats about as big a difference as you'll get with standard guns.
Made aiming bloody difficult to start with, but you can get used to it.

Careful with Furys, there are two lvl9 variants. Fury 4 is rather useless, and sold on most Zoner bases, Fury 5 is only sold in Zoner Guard systems and FP6 in Tau-29.

Now I actualy never knew that... In all the time I've been here I actualy never knew that.
dont buy from a dealer, they're overpriced and they whore the wrecks by just putting one of their starflier characters near a wreck, then when the server crashes they go to that char and steal it. I once spent an hour holding down the fire button on my junker bomber at the wreck in Yukon, nothing came out:(

Are you sure they sell it there?
I remember running aroudn for days trying to find that, only finding it in the order guard system.
