the walmsrts here in ohio sell old PCI slot cards, and some old AGP cards. the one here where i live have a nvidia 7300 256mb for $50 (USD)

Orly? Oh my video card is about 32mb, ya heard me.

I have no idea why you are worrying Fletcher, I am using a Dell Optiplex GX240.

(For those who cannot be bothered to look up statistics, that is 256MB RAM, a sub 20GB HDD and a 16MB graphics card.)

Put shortly, if anyone has a reason to worry here, it is me.

ok - to make that clear - if you can run freelancer NOW - you will have no less Frames / second then. its not like the engine is new and comes with shaders 2.2 effects.

it ll still look just the very same. ( just stay away from missile boats, flak battleships, systems with a great amount of nebulas, shiny surfaces, fights with more than 2 people:P)
