Never said the Hogosha couldn't get one, but this isn't about that.
The FA, first of all, may not necessarily have the resources to field gunboats by themselves. They are, however, funded by Samura, who have enough money to buy them a thousand gunboats with shag carpeting, surround sound and solid gold jacuzzis.
As for the GC, they are the intermediaries for the lucrative Cardamine trade into Kusari, which would earn them a lot. Also, as stated in the infocard, they would likely be funded by the Outcasts, the Junkers and the Bretonians, all of whom would be glad to see GC with a bit more firepower.
And the Matsuda is nowhere near fully operational. Its engines are pretty much shot, there's no way it's actually going anywhere.
It's a blasted gunship. And just because it looks like it belongs to another faction doesn't mean it should. The Raven's Talon looks like it would belong to pirate factions, but it's actually made by IMG for the black market. The Spatial looks like a Junker ship, but is again IMG-manufactured. I've even heard a comment about the Mjolnir looking a bit like the Hessian ships, but that doesn't mean that we should give it to the Hessians.
Pieguy, someone will make a model for the GC if you want one that bad. As for the Gaian Gunship, it fits them for it's naturalistic shape.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
Honestly it's nice with Kusari being somewhat cap free. Outside of that GB's are large and attract attention. Why would the GC want or need one? I get why they would want one.. But if they started flying GB's it would only call attention to them from the KNF, Hogosha, FA, KSP, etc.
Smaller ships benefit the GC more since they have no friends and they need to keep a low profile. It's not easy for them to smuggle cardamine through Kusari and they need to be as stealthy as possible.
Kurosora: There's no need to shout... That's your opinion, cool. Me, I think the model would fit in better with the GC, because it has many design elements that are consistent with their VHF. But I do see your point.
Pipboy: GC have plenty of friends. Outcasts, Dragons (they're not too fond of GC's drug habit, yes, but they are nonetheless a useful ally for the BD to have), Junkers (because the Hogosha have to go)... And they have a pretty big profile already, really.
EDIT: And I later reconsidered, saying that yes, the Gaians should have a GB too. One that fits their style more.

The Claymore just makes me think of plants because of the whisker things. It goes with the Gaians and sets a standard for a future shipline.
The GC and the rest of Kusari may have something similar, but it's more or less their large fins that set them apart from everything else. If the GC were to have a gunboat, at any rate, it would likely have fancy fins and be a joint project with either the Outcasts or Blood Dragons.

no prob - if ppl think it doesn t fit to them - i ll revise it ( scraping the current one, not giving it to another faction, mind - retexturing or "adding some wings" is more work than making a completely new one often )
but i really think it looks bretonian-ish enough with influences by the little kusari helpers.
