The Bounty Hunters Guild are listed as having Allies: House Police, but the Police factions don't have the Bounty Hunters Guild listed as allies. Surely an alliance suggests a reciprocal arrangement? Thoughts?
I think in NPC terms it is basically whether they will help the other or not.
If a house police scans you for contraband or if you are hostile to the house police the BHs will turn hostile to you, but if the BH turn hostile to you house police wont.
I like this arrangement the way it is, since if a police or military wont hand over a pirate pilot, only BH ships will turn hostile, everything else should remain green.
