yeah, for my indi pirates, if someone calls me a jerk or other "words" describing a not nice person, I know i did it right.

If I am on my lawfull and the unlawfulls call me a jerk or other "words" describing a not nice person, I know I did it right.

If you are my allie you might get a warm fuzzy. If I am suppost to destroy your ship and sell you into slavery/prison, politness goes out the window.

Oh yeah, tell me about it.

I hear Corsairs going: 'Senor please donate to our cause, so we can feed our families on Crete' and all that honor crap, when in fact they should be acting like a bunch of ruthless pirates that they really are.

Then we get told off for pirating traders who come to Crete. On the grounds that they are "helping the economy".

Corsairs come in different flavours. There are the honour ones. There are the smugglers.
There are the cutthroat pirates. There are even corsair military, albeit not an organised military like the LN.

There are Corsairs who hate the things other corsairs do.
There are loner corsairs, there are the groupies.

One-[color=#FF9966]size does not fit all.

Different flavors, sure. But not ridiculously and totally irrelevant behavior to their real RP purpose.

Hey my Corsair is a desperate Pirate who has a starving family and is literally begging his targets to aid him.

It is my Role-Play and the personality of my character. If everyone had to follow a specific style then where the hell would the uniqueness of characters go?
