No, they don't. And before you say that isn't canon, in disco it is. With some obvious adjustments. (Ageria instead of Valhalla, Malta instead of Ishmael, etc.)

Actually I remember a distinct reference to Valhalla somewhere in SP, but I forget exactly where it is.
There are also several references to Liberty having advanced and alien tech in the other houses as well.
And if we make custom jump gates, we'll loose all of the neat moving and spinny parts.:(
Zelot: Samura does more business with everyone than Kishiro does. They are the largest corporation in Sirius after all, and you don't get that big just by trading internally and with one other House. Kishiro perhaps does more percentage of its business with Liberty, but I would have no references for that.
Anyways, they don't have Valhalla 1, but they do have an intact jump gate to analyze.
So with all of this, where does this leave Kishiro? An innocent cooproration who doesn't design anything but the small bits and pieces people use in life? Do they actually do anything related to the "big stuff"? Ship construction? They do have a shipyard you know... The only thing they could have made right now is the Kusari Explorer.
Kishiro basically owns the optronics business in pretty much all of Sirius. They are doing more ship construction, but with pre-existing ship designs, not those of their own design. They are the primary shipper of H-fuel to all the Houses.
Anyways, Kishiro is hardly "innocent". "Nicer" does not mean "nice", and I imagine those working for Kishiro can be as cut-throat as anyone else. Though I still say that IC has the title of most devious businesspeople.
Samura deals with Liberty. They deal with Cryer, at least. Samura transports go to Denver to get all of Kusari's drugs from Cryer as part of their contract. I'm guessing that's basically all of that contract, actually.
Kishiro has a lot of upcoming contracts. As Hawkings said, they are the primary shipper of H-Fuel, are revolutionaries in the Optronics field, export Engine Components, and have government contracts in the Kansai research center to research alternative sources of fuel and new ship alloys and designs (Which, actually, is the same thing Samura is doing in Nansai, but, we don't talk about these things).
Kishiro's shipyard is likely to make a large majority of the civilian market of shipcraft. Transports, Large Transports, Trains, Large Trains, all that. They might not be sold there, but that just means they aren't on the open market. This doesn't mean that they aren't produced there, just as the fact that Basic Alloys aren't sold on Honshu doesn't mean that someone there doesn't produce them. Samura has most of the government contracts, yes, but Kishiro has a lot of room to wave their arms and say "We have free space and can make civilian craft cheaper than Samura!"
I haven't read all the rumors at the Kansai Research Center, but I would think they are doing something with antimatter, just as Samura is at Nansai. Seems everyone is a bit behind the Order, 'eh? Though, they haven't figured out how to make it work in ship engines either...
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
I thought the antimatter thing at Nansai was just cover? Based on this rumour (below). But then again, I'm not sure why that would need cover? Is this employee just off his tits?

That didn't stop Gallia. :P

Doesn't Kishiro also manufacture most of the Gas Miners for Sirius, or at least those used by the GMG?
As to Osaka, that doesn't make sense. If you read the rumors, it's scheduled for an "accidental" explosion when the Blood Dragons attack at some point (like they do... all the time) with a major insurance claim according to rumor. Sapporo is also planned to be an Osaka v2.0, so I imagine money is going to be going that way.
Plus don't forget a bunch of the Chugoku gate's reason to exist is to remove those pesky Dragons.
