All of the colonies have had Corsair trouble. Also, the Corsairs killed all life on a planet. That's worse than Al Qaeda. The colonies were pissed off at Freeport 7 getting destroyed, but they'll ignore Cork being annihilated?

I will say what I have said before:
Zoner Freeport Neutrality policies explicitly prohibit Corsairs or anyone to use Zoner bases to launch raids. Corsairs have a base in O-50 to do that anyway!
If Bretonians have evidence to support that Corsairs are using Gran Canaria as a base of operations, they should submit it to the Council of Zoners and we will Roleplay to the best of our abilities to prevent this from happening. It's as simple as that.

Giving them beds is near enough as bad. If Al Qaeda were allowed to stay in hotels in Zurich, but weren't allowed to make bombs there, there would still be hell to pay.
Also, the whole point of the Corsairs being there was so GC had a military presence.
:(Admins shut the bounty because Zoners cried their little eyes out. Victory via ooRP! WHOOOOO! Maintaining neutrality by crying to the powers that be.

That's not exactly my point, Corsairs have their O5 base to run raids into Bretonia too. Corsairs don't need GC to run op's from I agree. You said yourself there's interesting RP to be had from this situation. If this continues I would like to see official Bretonian diplomatic pressure to ban Corsair warships from GC, all in RP of course.
With regards to the QCP, we all know OOC who they are, IC they are not associated with the Bretonian Government. In game they have shown that they have no concern about respecting the NFZ and Zoner's are right to conclude they are enemies, I think their RP motivation to attack Corsairs in O49 is justified and the NFZ violation has dragged Zoner's into something they would rather avoid than RP out.
Will you quit it with the Swiss and Qaeda?? What do you know for a fact and not what others told you?? You ever been to Swiss? You ever met a terrorist? Ever saw one besides on TV? What gives YOU the authority to draw analogies and make conclusions, which btw make no sense at all. None ever said Zoner were based on Swiss, you came up with that thesis and you're sticking to it like it's a fact!
EDIT: and we DO have terrorist in this game. Corsairs are not that. They are pirates, so go find yourself a parallel to Somalia and create an unofficial faction to pew-pew them all day long!

I'm using them as an example of how neutrality can be maintained. I've yet to see a good counter.
You're using an example that has none relations to the situation here whatsoever. One cannot counter with reason an unreasonable claim. You made a theory and you yet have to prove it!
I didn't find in Zoner nor in Corsair RP anything showing that they relate or compare themselves to the groups/countries that you use for your example. This is a specific situation, treat it as such!

Al Qaeda bomb civilians. Corsairs nuked Cork into oblivion.
Close enough. Just because Corsairs don't wear turbans and commit suicide attacks doesn't make a difference.

This.
I think the nuking of Cork needs to be looked at a bit more. Corsairs are bloodthristy, but I don't think they would destroy a planet. Cork is located in a guard system and was put there as an excuse to rally the Mollies against the 'sairs.
I'm pretty high up in the Corsair chain of command, but I don't remember ordering the nuking of an entire planet. I know most Elders probably wouldn't go that far. As Blunt said, the Nomads attacked Freeport 7, what about the Phantoms? They attacked a planet, but didn't nuke it entirely. As far as I could tell, the planet was thrown into the game without a discussion or an event in place. I somewhat resent that the faction of proud pirates that I'm a part of got turned into terrorists so easily.
And to Blunt's example of the Swiss, the Corsairs aren't terrorists. The Corsairs aren't Monstar, the Phantoms or Xenos.
"The thirteen saloons that had lined the one street of Seney had not left a trace. The foundations of the Mansion House hotel stuck up above the ground. The stone was chipped and split by the fire. It was all that was left of the town of Seney. Even the surface had been burned off the ground.
Nick looked at the burned-over stretch of hillside, where he had expected to find the scattered houses of the town and then walked down the railroad track to the bridge over the river. The river was there."
