Hello devs. I was wondering about making moving parts on ships. I know that you can change the jettison cargo animation to what you want it to be, but what about animations when you press a button? I know the people over at Freeworlds have a guy who is very good at screwing around with FL's code, and they have promised that such a feature would be present in their next version. Does anyone here know how to make that happen? It would be a great way for more creativity on ships.
That is the idea. Perhaps carrier doors opening and closing, or wings deploying to an attack position. Maybe a science ship's front opening and a large radar popping out. Imagine the possibilities.
Sounds totally awesome, I support the development of this. Carriers could have docking bays open, Lux liner could have a sunroof:D
Also, how can I change the Rheinland NPC voices on my game to German, like in those videos? Sounds bloody awesome. I understand that it's because his game is German localized, but surely it's possible to grab in a bunch of the German localized voices and apply them to Rheinland pilots, right? And apply Japanese localized to Kusari, etc...
Just sounds so much better than American accent everywhere :|
I support this idea, I've already thought up a few new ideas, Like you could be able to dock fighters inside carries and stuff for the RP.
Also Order ships could have Cloaking systems.
Ships could become more stream line for cruise.
A lot of things could be done with this.
The LPI could grow bigger when you type /eat donut

Unlike me, I'm pro at making it look like I actually have an opinion on the topic.
Except in this post.
I'm feeling rebellious.
