I just facepalmed. Oh so hard.
Then, realizing it was insufficient, went and banged my head on the apparently-invisible steel undercoating available on biodomes. Then, while too dazed to go back to flying, watched the 69th Zoner Infantry duke it out until my head cleared.

Yes, I always found that exact period of time an unlikely one to build an entire warfleet in, even with unlimited resources. (This is not a jab at you, Cam. CoughKusariCoughcoughcough.)
Your story is... well, it's an interesting read.
For all the people working on squashing your story because it's too far-fetched or blown out of proportion... look at some other stories. An immediate example of something near this magnitude is the story of Salazar Kithe - we don't whine about him, now do we? If you want to RP a cyborg making an army... well, that's an interesting idea for a story, and I have to say that it wasn't a horrid read either. Could be better, but it could be worse.
No.
The way I see it, you're free to explore Freelancer however you think it is to be interpreted.
After all, that's the fun of roleplay here. Everyone looks at it differently, and that provides the engaging variety that keeps things fresh and exciting. Feel free to explore what you'd like to, and write what you'd like to. ('Course, keeping within canon details is something to look after, naturally. Not saying that sort of criticism is bad. Saying "Only this person can do this" arbitrarily is unnecessarily restrictive.)
Just because you're a capwhore, that does not mean we have to flame you everywhere else.
