Slander and libel, dear me...

Secretary Politus, I realise that we've had some incidents in the past, but the tone of Daumann is anything but a reasonable or polite one - they continue not only to insult us after we attempt to improve things, but they outright state that there is no change of heart on their part... this is not the attitude of someone willing to meet a compromise, as I'm sure we all can see. No, this is the demeanour of an apparently vindictive, bloodhirsty, hegemonic company that seeks to oust and eliminate all opposition from their space, and will go to great lengths - including the construction of a fraudulent mercenary front - a to accomplish these ends. Or... if this is not what they really are, they have given no indication otherwise.

I have no trouble working with Daumann, Secretary, but if they continue with this attitude, and do not cease their outright libel and slander - based solely upon a single unfortunate incident and not the dynamic reality of our cooperation - I do not see how negotiations of any sort can continue.

You keep calling Zane a criminal because of that unfortunate incident the other day... can we call you a criminal company because of your (much more well documented) attempts at skirting the treaty to hire mercenaries to destroy us and your drone's violation of the Treaty, and your brazen admittance of that later? We're all under the law, and we all must follow it.
We're all also looking for a solution to these problems we face.
I think it might be helpful if you display at least some interest in reaching an accord... if you don't care for negotiations, you could say such, and weapons might solve the situation instead.
It seems like that's what you want. Is it?

I, at no point stated that Mister Pruchnicki was rogue, or that he was a criminal, or was guilty of anything. I stated that Daumann was entitled to enforce what the treaty allowed them to.

I will not tolerate any member of the IMG being called a criminal untill solid proof is brought before me, and a legal court of law. Rheinland law applies in the omegas, which is why I am demanding that Adler security be permanently banned from flying in the omegas. for any reason.

In that case, would you like me to attribute the actions of APS to Daumann? After all, according to you, APS is a part of Daumann and therefore Daumann is liable for the actions of APS. As it stands, Daumann is only being fined for a first offense, hiring mercs to target non-blacklisted factions whom the treaty applies to. If APS is a part of Daumann, then Daumann can be fined for both their actions and the actions of APS, or in other words, get both a first offense fine AND second offense fine.

Not to mention that APS has been ordered by the peacekeeping forces to leave. If you don't comply... well, Vampires have a bite.

Daumann first stated that Adler was entirely seperate, and now you admit to being a part of daumann.

I'm withdrawing my demand for Adler to be banned from the omega's. The new condition is that Adler be desolved, and it's leadership charged with disturbing the peace, Assault, Reckless endangerment, and Attempted Murder.


I've little faith in the odds of Daumann Heavy Construction Desolving Adler, and if you lack the resolve to commit to the treaty as needed, then I fail to see why I should permit these thinly veiled attempts at attacking us when you perceive us bound by our mutual agreements.

We at the Independent Miners Guild have little desire for war which is what any future conflict will inevitably be, but save the rheinland millitary stepping in, the IMG will be the victor. I take pride in this, and I advise you, as your fellow man, to use your best judgement to minimize the human suffering that a conflict would cause.

regardless of the legal hoops Daumann has jumped through in it's futile attempt at keeping their hands clean, they've failed.
