Oh, the occasional Tau Brawl suggests otherwise hermano.

I'm wondering if the raised distances between Gamma and Alpha have made the raiders go "meh". Or perhaps people are just still trying out the new toys in 4.86 - the Jormugand and such.

Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.

Mostly retired Discovery member. May still visit from time to time.

Most of the factions left Gamma due to 'gammagank'. But we're everywhere.

Outcasts are the dead Hispanic group.

I heard that it was the loss of the Alpha/Eta jumphole. Beta isn't a big system, I don't see the problem.

Just laziness, probably, ha. We come all the way to Bretonia for fights.

Bretonia is closer than Alpha.

Plus we can still 'raid' you even if you're not in gamma. Gammagank lol, you're the ones ganking the raiders, they ain't ganking you.

You're kidding, right? I mean seriously, you clearly haven't a clue what you are talking about. We're not being ganked? *sigh*

If we go 41->47->49->Dublin, I'd say that's as close as Alpha->Beta->Eta->Theta/Lambda->Gamma. 47/49 are both 100k distance. Even if it isn't, there isn't much in it. Oh, and remember, we had to do the same to get to you...

Tell me more about how we don't get ganked by Hunters, Hessians, Freelancers, Renegades and so on? Even the Coalition from time to time.

Hunters have been the worst recently.

my personal opinion is that it ain't fun anymore to have same battle in gamma , over and over and over again.
so when you see me online , i am either training or raiding.
edit : or raging:P

Disco...what happnd to you?

Casts went poof without CR / IMG ganksquads back n forth skirmishing.

Sairs are as mentioned, gone due to either boredom / ganks or the fact that NOTHING happend there.

Actually the differece is that many sairs have left Omicron Gamma simply to "go out and do stuff ™" so they are more wide spread, thinner so to say and fewer can be found piled up infront of the Crete docking ring. I think this is a good thing, and it was often asked for... i hope no one is sad that they can no longer set the autopilot to Crete in order to find a pewfest^^
