Why not? Is this going to be an offical faction/clan? Because my character PD nadesico will be available to assist "harvesting" the nomads, without actually carrying any (until I register it anyway).

Not a faction/clan, guess you can call it an agreement. I just put it in the faction status thread since it should be in a pinned post given its nature. Faction characters can sign independent of the faction if they so wish (assuming its accpetable to your Faction of course)

For example,
Say a TG pilot wants to register to carry Nomads and enforce the ban, but TG doesn't register as a faction. I have no problem registering the TG pilot individually as long as its ok with the faction.

Yes, faction payment covers everyone using the factions tags

To register characters, PM me with the following:
Registration Type (Character or Forum Identity)
The exact names of the Characters to be registered

I'll tend to update the list first then collect the cash later when its convienient.

If Registration Officers signup they will also accept payments but will charge a handling fee (they got to make a living somehow :D).

Characters owing cash will be marked on the list with (owes) at the end for my bookkeeping sake :D

If you want legalize the robery that some of the players do to the "newbies" you can do.

Ok, first off this is a roleplay thing. I was in the vacinty, you were likely carrying nomads. I'm going to enforce the ban, otherwise the ban is meaningless.

That's also why I was contacting you to give you fair warning that if we ended up seeing each other I would ask for the cargo and if you kept it I would be forced to attack.

Actually you're right on one point though, i couldn't attack you since your level was too low. My apologies on that part :$ . But the warning still stands.


BTW...

THE REGISTRATION TO CARRY NOMADS IS NOT THE SAME AS REGISTERING FOR THE FORUM!!!!
