' Wrote:How is that a consequence? So pirate dont get paid, but had the nice chat. 2 Win, everybody happy.
Let's apply the same to other roles. Mercenary meets his prey, they chat and leave both happy. Mortal enemies meet and insult each other then fly away, both happy.
Why bother undocking? All you need is to open the chat window.
Without the chance of being blown up or loosing credits there is no thrill. Just plain boring text game.

Additionally I want to say, that the other side is, without a little minimum of text, it's stupid shooting at each other.

Well. I wont participate in your little mindgame, but of course there are likes and dislikes. You know what you want and what Roleplay you prefer as any other out there. I didnt say a thing about affecting negativity in such case. All you want is to have fun. Anyone else but want too and if you can share the fun, it doesnt matter if your Rp is entirely text, as long as others also enjoy the participation in (from?) it.:P
Well all in all RP does not matter in a trade ship. You will get 2Mill or dai no matter what your hauling, or your RP.
Example: I am with [ALG] I RP my Train as a garbage hauler. Has flashing orange lights, and radiation containers. I get toxic waste in Colorado for 1 cred,and take to ALG base in NB. I haul back water and RP it as coolant for base i get waste at. I make 1mil a trip. Pretty sad for 5K transport, but the RP is fun. Now i have 2 pirates, and 2 only actually RP with me, and not demand 2mil or more because " I CAN AFFORD IT".
So i let them blow up my ship full of waste alot, and screen it for lawful's claiming the danger of so much waste dumped in space, and how hard it is to keep the crew supplied with anti rad meds.
Basically as people love to state "real life" when would any one hold up a garbage truck? seriously? Or say a tanker full of milk? raw sewage? Gravil truck? Asphalt truck? chu chu train full of waste dirt? and so on.
If the garbage truck would be from corporation that monopolised such market and makes billions due to stability and reliability, I would if I am desperatly in need of quick buck and don't give a crap about anything but my personal wealth. I mean, it would be my roleplay.
I think that it's time to close such a thread which turned from debating an unsatisfactory outcome of the event the original poster was guilty for himself to the complete guide to how to victimize oneself and how to make idiot of oneself if he does not want to comply with the way the others play.
Yes, that's quite amusing to see who complains more than the others here.
Yet I still got my question.
[font=Palantino Linotype]DOES NIETZSCHE EVEN MATTER?!
WHY WHEN I TRIED TO BECOME A SUPERHUMAN, STUPID PEOPLE DIDN'T FOLLOW THE WRITTEN GUIDELINES?! YABADABADEE-DOO.
To those I don't agree with here: I believe that those who complain about lack of roleplay from the others should step over themselves. Either you pitch your expectations too high or wish to make your opponent in some discussion look like an idiot. Both ways are pretty much unhealthy.
Which is the most confusing is that story about trader coming to the same system again and again, to the same pirate again and again in order to bore the opponent to death with his attitude. Once stopped he sticks to the idea to pass at any cost and sooner or later it becomes a dream of schizophrenic. This is not the proper attitude for a game, don't you think so?
Let me rephrase it: the problems of the community are you and your attitude, anonymous.You think you are special, but you are not. You think that you play role better, but you do not. You think that your snobbish comments prove you right, yet they hardly help.
