No! You're taking the GSS's hits! HOW DARE YOU! MY BIG DRAGON WILL DESTROY YOU! RAAAAAAAAWR!
Note: GSS is not responsible for the actions of one if it's head members. GSS would like to apologize, as they are not as violent as one of the people who represent it. If you are interested in a position for the GSS, contact Russell, Thexare, or Snoozzzer. We hope this raging outburst has not affected you in any way.
Diffferent commodities. You buy "silver" at a station and "trade" it to another station. You "mine" "silver ore" by shooting rocks in an asteroid field then "hauling" (trading) it to Narita Outpost in New Tokyo for over 10,000 credits per unit. So when a full size transport (5000 cargo) carries silver ore it is carrying 50 MILLION credits worth of cargo in one load. If you decide to become a miner and haul your own ore I strongly suggest avoiding the temptation to waste credits on any transport larger than the standard 3000 cargo train. In my experiance its forward engine mount and a heavy or enhanced counter measure dropper make it almost impossible to pirate unless you are firing cruise disruptors from directly infront of the ship. The other thing is that while you are getting away, some proud pilot in their HUGE ship which handles like a planet and has no safety equipment, makes a far more attractive target.
