The reason Dublin/O-3/Tau-23 are like this is because all the other mining area's were nerfed. It is like a city for example. 10 streets all go through the city, shut down 7 of those streets, and oh look the 3 remaining get full of angry/pissed off drivers. Now if in 4.86(it is nice to dream) they open up alot more mining area's IE: more Pirate magnets It will again thin out the population.
Ordering players not to go their will just make more anger, and these people will take it out on others in game.

And Due to this matter, My Rp has been damaged, i Know there is a Mako captian out there, and others.
I'm sure BHG core has all good intentions, but i will NEVER sacrifice my RP for a faction RP. Im not 100% on how they could think "oh it will be fine, No-one will argue, they will all follow"... and if they didnt think that, why did they try to limit indies then....

Yeah, they automatically act like they earned enough respect to order people around, most factionites just do it for the sake of ordering people around.
Anyways, Agmen, this is my experience with it in Fascist Liberty.
My Solaris Dready - Disobeyed numerous orders to not 'waste' resources yada yada.
one of the Vice Admirals PM'ed me in RP about the consequences la de da, I ignored him, and then I sold my ship. Logically, the next step would be a FR5. As Jinx said, an FR5 is an RP thing, but I think it is an OORP thing as well.
You must fulfill RP with that person/group before you just go and do that...

Ever heard of the Apocalypses? That's the reason why the BHG|Core is paranoid.
I don't blame them for it, too. Apocs were.... special.

Officials factions... they do not <strike>gank</strike> tactical advantage. They order an indy... to do exactly as they do. Purposefully.
Well yes,and no. If i was in a fighter, and an official said do not engage we got this, but i see a known hostile that has killed me in the past? i will probly RP sorry...breaking..p...en..ging hostil.... And go in.
Now if i am in the Yorktown and same situation. I will not fire into a group of fighters if ordered not to.(do not even when not ordered...90% of the time). It is a spur of the moment thing, and you do need to think.

Then accept the consequences of this behaviour: If you piss off the people who in the game are basically in strategic command, then you can find yourself on your own real fast. Remember, the massive resources that go into the shipyards, ship component fabrication and fueling -all- have to come from somewhere, a Mako doesn't put itself together. You anger the people controlling those resources and you'll end up cut off. It's as simple as that.
Discovery administration team has chosen to put the official faction leaders in the role of gamemasters for their respective factions, with the stipulation that their guidance must not deviate from canon, and may not be used for personal gain. Agmen's request to keep the caps out of the Omega's does not violate either of those stipulations.

time to break out the corsair bombers. we know how to deal with the problem of capspam. eventually, even miner-backed caps have to log off and get some mining done.
and the beauty of it all is that corsair bombers can stay in the system, and tax them on their mining chars...

You don't like the orders given out to folks with the ID your ship has?
Pick a different ID.
Oh, what's that? You want to keep your ship?
Then suck it up and deal with it.
I don't think you understand how factions work.
They aren't some super-elite section of the common NPC factions, they ARE the NPC factions. They are the leadership of those factions. With Faction Right 2, you are getting direct orders from your bosses.
Do you know what happens to employees who refuse to work? They get fired.

It's that simple.

Notice the first Quote, and then look at yours. You are wrong. First he "ordered" all BH caps not to go into omega's. Second as you notice in Dabs quote he cannot tell others not to enter an area they are allowed to go in Canon, and ID wise.
