(But in a military-like organization, disobeying an order is pretty much going rogue.)
Reaaaallly?
So I guess I must go into a bit more on this kind of roleplay.
So the person role played here is someone people have a lot of trust in and has done a lot of work for everybody,so everybody likes him and all until he disobeyed an order to (for example,)kill a Nomad(and ordered his crew not to fire if he is in a capship),so instead of making him KOS or treating him like a rogue pilot/captain/crew/whatever,they give him a second chance and do ordinary Bounty Hunter duties while still being in the Core on account of all the work he has done
Isn't that acceptable?
Also, this is discussing about FR5,whether it is valid or not in this situation.
A bit of repeating, you do not need to post a biography or take actions for this kind of thing so,if you're good, nobody knows you disobeyed an order,in fact,if you're thinking what I'm thinking, you'll actually make people curious.Thus,FR5 is not possible cuz there is no evidence.
My only issue here is the FR5 thing.

He can't RP a rogue captain who already went rogue and is still friendly to the BHG. Because if he does that he's not rogue.
Really?
I think there is a difference between rogue and headstrong.
Technically, he has not violated Guild Core rules, in the sense that he is within the limitations of his ID.
He is one of those "rebellious" archetypes. (Like one of Sina's alternate [LN] accounts, where one is some super lawful and the other is meant to be a jerk in-RP or something like that.)

Please feel free to think what you want.
But since, technically, you're not the one who actually make the Guild Core Rules in the sense of the actual Official Faction, what you think about the matter is irrelevant. We've already proven twice that we shoot those people that disobey our commands and rebel against us. This would have been the third time if it hadn't ended sort of peacefully.
The difference between us and the Empire is that we CAN shoot straight. And with our plans for eventual galactic domination, we follow THE LIST!
Remember Rule 44...
Quote:I will only employ bounty hunters who work for money. Those who work for the pleasure of the hunt tend to do dumb things like even the odds to give the other guy a sporting chance.
Oh, wait, we ARE the Bounty Hunters... MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA
All kidding aside,

Either way, not breaking rules. I look forward to see whether he will be FR5'd successfully.
