Honestly, I think that both of these factions are useless. Even the official factions mostly just sit around their bases trying to police people. They need to go out and pirate and, well, do something. Go to the Sigmas, Omegas, Taus, and Liberty/Bretonia (yeah I said it) to pirate. Seriously, what lazy people.

Everytime I look at the ingame playerlist, the Corsairs (CN, Sails etc.) are everywhere except Omicron Gamma!

When I hear the name of a faction I think of the faction itself, not of the few people that discredit it.

Outcasts: Drug smugglers in the north with a baaad attitude towards almost everyone
Corsairs: Artifact smugglers in the south with a baaad attitude towards almost everyone

Both groups have good,and bad. Problem is mostly bad. Last time i was in Gamma 5 BS's were just sitting their doing nothing but loling. Last time in Alpha i was watching a bunch of loldentes,attacking a pair of BS's.
As for "Official" factions? I almost never see them. I do not think they even have the players required to be "Official" anymore,and admins should look in on that.

Didn't vote.... I just bought an Outcast gunboat. I took it back to Omicron Alpha to rep it up and get some RP going, and try my hand a Pirating. But I got discouraged by the amount of OOC in system chat, and all the random PvP going on....maybe I picked a bad day, but I haven't been back.
