This thread.. Trully beautiful, many great ideas, I like them all. A few things should be pointed out.

Add more RP developments throughout the game, let's say, updates every month. So we don't have to wait for another 4.86 every time.

Kill indies! They have no real role in RP. When you see a indie RHA and a official RHA, in RP you shouldnt be able to make differences between them. Theyre both Red Hessians either way.

Also reduce cap ships and gunboats only to official factions (if you don't remove indies).

And don't remove MR. :nono:

Buff capital ships. Two bombers shouldnt be able to take down a battleship.

Nerf bombers and SNAC.

Remove tech chat (yes seriously). Or at least open SRP again. And let SRPs flow like sanction reports. Hire more admins, or just trusted members that approve SRP(with admin permission ofc).

Remove Gallia and focus on other houses. (just a suggestion, don't shoot)

More factions per ID. Just need to have each unique RP. For example, Virulian Enclave couldn't get official with Zoner ID cuz it was taken by 3 factions. So they changed to AI, and that's ok.. But they're RP is waaaaaay different from Zonerzonerzoner RP, so yeah, unique and go.

Dynamic trade prices
Ban bats & bots for pvp. Small craft combat goes on & on & on....
Clearer & more liberal rules.
Less Cap ships
Turret steering :)

If I could pick one it would be Turret Steering

Far less systems. Preferably around 15-20 in total so they're fully populated entire time.

Compensation would be lowered income but lowered expenses as well and more fun for everyone at peak hours as well as in low player level hours.
