Had a sudden solution pop into my head... Though it's quite controversial.

Reimplement the ore-selling on Narita? That bought millions of miners/traders to Kusari, and if I remember correctly, millions of hogosha/FA. However this time, primarily open it to the BD/GC, NOT because I am biased, however simply because only opening it to the Hogosha/FA doesn't allow for much lawful input whereas this alternative does. Make a further selling point at the Battleship Matsuda/Ryuku base?

Can't have an unlawful selling point for ore, mate (welcome back though), it would unbalance things too much, and you will have every unlawful faction selling their crap to blood dragons (which wouldn't happen) or GC (which would happen, those "ladies" do anything for money).

You know what, doesn't sound so bad... but how can bd or GC work with Ore? I mean, they got the technology to process it?

I suppose, it isn't very RP like for them to do so...

Another sudden inspiration.

How about Yanagi in S13? Finally gives a chance for the BD/GC to interact with the Junkers a little, and gives an excuse for some Junker/Hogosha interaction, which never happens unless a random junker decides to waltz into Kusari?

Also (finally) gives the sigmas for some extra activity, though I take it there are some things going on there now with the GMG etc (trying to catch up). Nonetheless, I'm pretty sure the sigmas are still as empty as they have been since the diamond/niobium route was cut.

Kusari is fine.

Here's how I see it:

Liberty: High activity, low class RP (if I find it)
Bretonia: Mid activity, mid or high class RP
Rheinland: Mid-low activity, mid or high class RP
Kusari: Low activity, high class RP (if I find it)

Kusari's fine. You can't make people go there.

I don't want to make people go there, I just want to make it more attractive to new, and old players alike. Higher activity doesn't harm anything.

I havent had any problem with people in Kusari - i know there a ton of Raising Son factioners there, as well as bunch of Avenger\Black Dragon's as well - there just never on when i want to bust heads with them.

plenty of traders go through Kusari space for me to pirate (assuming they dont run away from me like cowards )

i never see any KNF or Samura guys for me to mess with - ive only seen one KSP player, and i blew him up already.

*shrug*

A lot of very profitable routes run through Kusari
And when I'm there on a pirate it ain't hard for me to find one and chase it down.

however KSP...
Never encountered one so far.
KNF, saw one but he let me go.
Hogosha is most active in Kusari as far as I ca see.

I have no real issues with Kusari.
A bit less people but still more then then good ol' vanilla servers.

Gas mining would make police and military patrols more important though. And you'd see more escort stuff flying around in time.

I want to see gas mining (in Hokkaido and Sigmas), mining in Tau-29 for both Kishiro and Samura (and them both distrupting each other's operations).

Dropping at least one embargo would be good idea too. For example Kusari-Liberty embargo means no goods are to pass borders for almost anyone who haven't read details.

This sounds very good in my ears. Forgot to mention Kusari trade factions, sorry about that. They could use any sort of activity as well.

You can make people go anywhere in Sirius.
Dublin and other mining systems are perfect examples.

Trade brings activity, much like mining does.
That simple when it comes down to it.
