jinx don't speak of something you do not know please ask any actual battle torn faction of this situation and you WILL get the exact same answer you must be lucky because 75% of battles that i take place in now are more gunboats and cruisers than fighter craft, seriously i wouldn't bring such a thing up if i didn't think it was needed. and i wouldn't say something if it
was not true. i know most of this happens on the corsair's and outcast sides on our side we have independents spamming the living crap outta the Outcast destroyers plus we have quite the damn few people using outcast
dreadnought WHY? i have absolutely no idea since the things don't get sold because a very select few where made. on the corsair side we have them gunboats being spaffed left and right and yet again the osiris is in the same boat as our dreadnought.

this is no one sided matter it IS on both sides i have to agree. i have told my men to use fighters and bombers unless i or another leader of the RoS specify from now on, i would atleast hope others take this and do the same

ALSO i am here on banning any independent outcast from RP driven event's from now on that we are leading or taking part in. why? independents in my opinion are only independent because they ain't allowed to use whatever ship in the book they can get they're hands on in a faction they get away with murder and i ain't having it. if you wanna be let into cool stuff such as RP event's join a faction get your RP into gear and realise what you do is wrong. yet again harsh but a measure i am taking none the less.


number 2: on refelction to this i am scrapping my battleship the Archon and using the fund's to buy a destroyer which i will be opening up to all ships willing to dock and sign upto the RoS

conditions for docking rights:

1: you must be willing to RP and willing to take orders.

2: i dont want any cruiser or battleship pilots. and gunboat's will be EXTREMELY LIMITED

3: you must be active, to many members i have had now have came in for 1 to 2 weeks then i have never seen again, infact on average 70% of the members that have joined have never been seen again in the space of days. you have utterly tore mine and silents bank balances apart and im not happy about it, yes we are small and don't do much what you expect if you don't give us a chance to do stuff when everyone that joins comes takes our money then doesn't come back on

4: respect, you MUST HAVE RESPECT for the rule's, for sportsmanship and most of all respect to other's, if i come on one day to see 5 cap ship's have been spammed against our enemies on RoS tags i am gonna slap you so hard you wish you didn't know me, if i see a raid with RoS tagged men from now on and you are with independent's all flying oc destroyers im gonna do the same, if you see a independent fly a oc destroyer i want you to drive into they're brain so hard that the sabre is a great ship and the destroyer should be used in extreme measure only and they are not to be over used. CHECK THE INFO CARD BOYS AND GIRLS there are only a FEW made in existance a few meaning 4-5 not 100+ and the ones that ARE made are in malta protecting the place not running around on a friggin killing spree.

ok harsh rules indeed i know, but such is life. so i hereby wish all new players wishing to join outcast's all independent outcast's to join the RoS and become real outcasts one's that live upto the name ones that will be known in days to come as the REAPERS OF SIRIUS!!!
