Also, if Planet Mars and Planet Jupiter were destroyed, then Planet Earth was most definitely destroyed as well. The closer you were to Sol's flash, the more damage you took. Planet Earth is closer than either of these two planets. If they were destroyed, Planet Earth is as well.

...In a natural event, if Sol got destroyed, Earth's the special case there, it's the only habitable planet, and in the case DK did it, like I said before, they would rather conquer Earth than kill everybody, it's justificable to blow up jupiter and the rest, for destroying the human fleets in a "clean up" way and preventing a guerrilla warfare, which is HORRENDOUSLY damaging.
