So I've been thinking, I placed a bounty a long while back in character about people swearing constantly in open channels in New York. Annoyed about the 'lack-of-mental-stability', I decided to instead of filing a rule report, I decided to file a bounty against the bugger while in-character.
Sadly, that bounty is gone so I can't give an example.
Is it legal for a player to place a blanket bounty against people who use vulgar language in-game in OORP/OOC context? Meaning, if they curse a blue-streak, a hunter can have the pleasure of destroying the bugger while telling him off for it as a rule of the bounty, though not in a rule lawyer fashion.
So yeah, simply, bounties against swearing. Legal?
EDIT:
Forgot to add, another reason I ask for this is to try and make sanctioning a 'last resort', so with this type of bounty placed, people can just hop into a hunter/merc/vigilante whatever to hunt the bugger, and teach them a lesson in manners.
Hopefully, if it caught on, it would mean less sanctioning and more people playing. I've seen quite an increase in vulgar language sanctions.
Also hopefully, if the buggers don't get out of system after the 'kill' is done, then greater action can be taken right?
