ooc Non-Engagement Treaties

Everytime I see an ennemy I say something in the chat like ''Pirate! Die!'' or ''Violator of liberty laws must be terminated'' or ''Engaging pirate''

But People arent giving me the time to RP before entering a PvP fight and well that's super-hyper-extremely lame...

But sometimes It is just because player A engage player B without warning, then kill him. After Player B, Who dont want to die when typing something in RP, Engage player C without warning. and the cycle continue and get bigger to finaly become out of control...

Well the rules stipulate nothing about chatting before a PvP fight and I dont want a rule saying we should. I consider chatting before PvP as a Gentleman rule and a way to promote RP
