All this means is that wronged customers will stop resorting to lawsuits and start resorting to corporate assassinations. What's preferrential to you, EA? Would you rather lose a few million when you try to rip someone off or destroy their property, or would you rather lose your CEO and half of your other management staff to the negotiating end of a .50 cal? =P
