Molly stuff is controlled by the Mollies. Of which there are none at present. They've clearly allowed themselves to be decommissioned. That is to say, their bases haven't been abandoned and left open to looters from across known space. It's just that they don't exist, officially. They have no voice. No leaders. No guiding light.

However, they haven't gone away, you know.
Their stuff is not civilian. Trefoils are not going to be seen in department stores at knockdown prices.

In the absence of a faction, obviously all manner of people will be inconvenienced, so I imagine it's only a matter of time before someone makes a Molly faction to handle this important job. It's so important that clearly all other Molly priorities will have to be forgotten about.

In short, the requirements are the same - ie faction permission. In the absence of a faction, our thinking on who controls technology may need to be reconsidered. For now, consider those boxes red.

This could change. But possibly won't.

Also: anyone with proof of people cheating to keep activity up should post evidence or stop with the vague accusations. It's starting to sound paranoid.
