A lot of this makes no sense. Contraband and illegal items make it to lawful bases and it is not lawful folks who get them there. It is unlawful folks..aka criminals. Meaning..criminals and unlawfuls land on lawful bases and planets.

Now I love the Junkers..but there are 2 giant holes in the theory that they are the sole transporters of all illegal goods to every lawful base and planet in Sirus.

1. If they did that..they would be the most powerful and richest organization in Sirus..and they are not. Every single illegal transaction in Sirus would give them a cut at some point. I do not see them like that.

2. If the Junker connection were true. Every freaking lawful police/military/security/navy unit in Sirus would kos any and all Junkers anywere and everywere.

To me this is the entire point of the Smuggler ID. Someone with it has good enough papers to dock were they want to. There papers are not perfect..but good enough for the casual observer..aka..npcs.

I do not smuggle. I am however a LSF agent and do a lot of contraband and anti-smuggle work.

Please please please..do not force smuggler to stay away from lawful bases and planets. What in the world would I do? Geeesh..next were gonna be told we can not Pirate in Lawful systems..dam..i'd be TOTALLY out of a job as LSF.

Let us players regulate smugglers. Its a lot of fun for the lawfuls. pretty please
