Well then, if smugglers aren't allowed to dock on lawful bases, whats the point of the ID? It provides no value over the Trader ID, in fact takes away some of the rights you'd have with no points to bring it back up.

So then if this is concrete, then I think I may have to switch the smuggler ID that I have to a trader ID and keep on smuggling.

Smugglers are supposed to land on lawful bases people... and where was that transport in the second mission in SP, full of Artifacts from Colorado going anyway? Not to that asteroid base as its first target, I know that much. Remember the famous Sean Ashcroft people.
