Orbital Spa & Cruise has a stake in the Liberty market and wishes to purchase Zone-21 to be turned into a recreational facility.
It shall be named "Orbital Resort Caribbean" and will feature biodomes that shall mimic beaches and ski resorts.

Orbital Spa & Cruise would gladly enter a bidding war with the Liberty Police. If the LPI refuses to give in, we shall remove their rites to the Denver ski resorts and the Los Angeles Donut Empire chain.
