Say a base wants to keep it's shields up 24/7 but doesn't have the man power to do it... Just buy fuel for like 10k apiece and traders will swarm to it filling it up --> tada! forever shields, rich traders, community upkept base. In return the base spits our modules for players to buy etc etc (cody will sell his guns n' what not).
But yeah, we can finally see ingame price competitions...
Hell yeah, base you described costs nearly 400 million per day to run.
