Our fighter assets will do good to learn from the dragons' skill in guerilla battle as well as gain valuable experience should we have to continue actions in Kusari. Kyoto is an acceptable venue, I'll
make the necessary arrangements.

Also, regarding CV Svizra. We've seen your Togo class vessels in action, and the engineering feats
required to keep the old vessels in fighting condition are formidable indeed. Svizra is an old vessel
and could benefit from your expertise in this area. We would be grateful if you could lend your aid
in this matter.
