except if you are a OSI ... i mean ... they still Zoners right?!!

i remember the old Zoner Guard ID, can not dock on house space except Aomori and IMG bases!! On 4.86 they remove the IMG except the Hood!! Why?!! I don't know why there is still the Hood, but i bet i know why they remove mainly the docking on South Shields Refinery.. He3 right? Now is the second best price but before was the best place to sell. 5ks transport with no IFF and one IC iD full of He3 is good, like i saw many, but a Zoner ID ZBT is bad!!!

So one ZBT, except the OSI, can't land on one player base with Zoner IFF, on house space, and since there is any Zoner base on house space, so why there is that part of the ID that says "cannot dock in house space, except aomori, hood and zoner bases"?

Also one thing ... Penn system is not house space. You can land even a battleship on any base and that will not be against the rules, you just have to explain, if you are caught by Liberty Navy, waht are you doing there with a bs and why you crossed their space!!

And so if the the Zoners want to be away from houses, why the OSI can land the ZBT on house space?!!!

OSI can't land anywhere, so cut if off. They are basically outlawed in Rheinland as a whole. Having your own ID making your own diplomacy has it's advantages and disadvantages (they also gave up the possibility to fly Zoner caps too), since your very ID rephacks can be altered by other factions that might not like you (like the Rheinland lawfuls)
